Why is my Order Pending 

If you find your order in a pending status, there are a couple of reasons behind it. Rest assured, there’s no need for concern, as our support team is always here to answer your questions and resolve any concerns you may have.

Pending transactions may occur when the payment for your order is yet to be received. This could be due to various factors, such as processing delays or network issues. when possible, recommand using InstantSEPA for faster payments processing.

In accordance with European AML (Anti-Money Laundering) laws, some orders may require additional information for verification. If your order falls into this category, an email will be sent to you, providing details on the next steps required to complete the order. This additional step is crucial for compliance and ensures a secure and transparent environment.
