Suspicious Activity in my account

If you ever notice any suspicious activity in your account and think it might have been compromised, take immediate action!

important note

Our system sends Email automatically for every new Order created, if you do not recognize it, please Contact Support immediately.

Here's what you should do:

1.

Log in to Your AccountVisit to the Acclivity portal by visiting https://acclivity.digital/ as soon as possible.

2.

Check Your Order page – For every new order performed on your account, an email notification is sent. If you notice any unfamiliar activity, investigate further.

3.

Review Order Status – If there’s an order you don’t recognize, check its status. If it’s still marked as “New,” don’t panic. You may simply cancel it to prevent any unauthorized transactions.

4.

Change Password – Update your password immediately to ensure the security of your account. Use a strong, unique password for added protection.

SECURITY TIP

We strongly recommend setting up a 2FA (two-factor authentication) app for an added shield against any unwanted visitors trying to sneak into your account.
