Go to Orders tab – Once logged in, find the “Order History” section on your account dashboard.

Check the Order Status – Identify the exact order you want to cancel by locating it within your account. Time is of the essence, as Order cancellation is only possible when the order status is still marked as “New.” Act promptly to cancel without any hassle and ensure a smooth transaction process.
